spacious room good view firm bed unwelcoming receptionist
We received a room upgrade upon arrival. The new room was spacious it offered a good view. Breakfast proved convenient before a busy day.
The bed felt too firm it impacted my sleep quality. I found the main receptionist unwelcoming upon entering the reception area.

uncomfortable bed thin walls
The bed in the standard double or twin room was not very comfortable. i could REALLY feel the springs. the AC was hitting me DIRECTLY while i was sleeping, not ideal. also, the walls seems thin. I could hear people in other rooms, it was disturbing.
